Weekday Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. All promotions and offers by Kopikia Pte Ltd are subjected to a set of terms and conditions, which we reserve the right to change without prior notice, in the best interests of the company.

2. The right to amend terms and conditions includes changing the price of the promotion or offer, terminating the offer before stated validity date, changing the details of the promotion or offer or any other changes in order to protect the interests of the company or under circumstances of abuse.

3. The Hong Kong Street Old Chun Kee Reward Program is operated by Kopikia Pte Ltd (We, Us or Our). By participating in our Reward Card Program, you agree to the Terms and Conditions.

4. The Program is only valid from Monday to Friday, from the start date till end of December 2024.

5. The Program is only valid within participating stores within Singapore.

6. The participating stores including:

   2. Hong Kong Street Old Chun Kee (Compassvale)

   3. Hong Kong Street Old CHun Kee (Makansutra)

   4. Hong Kong Street BBQ Live Seafood (Lau Pa Sat)

   5. Mr Fried Rice (Lucky Plaza)

7.  The Management reserves the right to withdraw this Reward Card Programme without any prior notice.
8. All visuals used in promotional collaterals are strictly for illustration purposes only.
9. Terms of promotions or offers vary in different stores and consumers are advised to clarify with the store or email enquiry@oldchunkee.com before time of purchase.
   
   

How do I participate in the Reward Program?

1. All customers are entitled to a free Reward Card as part of the normal mode of sale. To Join our free Reward Program, you must first collect a Reward Card from any participating store with a minimum purchase of $20.
2. Upon purchase of any dish(es) with a minimum spend of $20, if you present a valid Reward Card, one (1) stamp will be awarded per purchase. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.
3. For a table of customers (minimum 4 people) patronizing any participating store, the maximum Reward Card given is 2 per table.
4. Only valid stamps will be accepted at each participating outlet. No other forms of Reward Points (hole punch, invalid stamps) will be deemed valid.
5. Photocopied Reward Cards are not valid.
   
   

How do I redeem my Rewards?

1. In order to redeem stamps, you must present a valid Reward Card at the point of sale.
2. At each participating store you could redeem a cash rebate, upon presentation of three (3) valid stamps, eight (8) valid stamps and twelve (12) valid stamps, on the Card Holder’s current or next visit, in any participating store. Upon complete redemption in each card, a new Reward Card is to be issued at the participating store to start the new cycle till the promotion ends.
3. One redemption per Reward card, no combination of Reward cards.
4. An official Hong Kong Street Old Chun Kee’s Reward Card may only be redeemed for cash rebate once per transaction or receipt. No other Reward Card may be used in conjunction

5. The Reward Cardholder is eligible to redeem $5 off with 3 valid stamps, $10 off with 8 valid stamps and $15 off with 12 valid stamps per Reward Card in the participating stores.
   
   

Additional Information

1. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged Reward Cards.
2. Reward Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
3. Reward Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or any other rewards. You cannot sell or transfer your Reward card to anyone else.
4. We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Reward Program if we believe you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or have failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5. We may discontinue our Reward Cards in our sole discretion, at no liability to you. If so, we will notify you by publicly posting on our website at https://www.oldchunkee.com
6. We may change these Terms and Conditions or add new Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. If so, we will publish an updated version on our website at https://www.oldchunkee.com. Your continued participation in our Reward Program will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
7. These Terms and Conditions apply to our Reward Program in Singapore and are governed by the appropriate laws.
